Aima Interiors was privileged to collaborate with Rok, Jersey’s largest and foremost construction company, to deliver IFC 6, a building that is part of Jersey’s International Finance Centre. This 69,500 sq. ft, column-free office space spans five storeys and has achieved an excellent BREEAM rating, highlighting its sustainable design and construction. Designed for modern business needs, the office boasts a WiredScore Gold certification, ensuring high standards of connectivity and digital infrastructure. The building is fully let on a long-term basis by prestigious tenants such as Aztec Group and Butterfield Bank. Our scope included bespoke joinery elements such as the reception desks, kitchens and banquette seating, meticulously crafted to complement the building's contemporary aesthetic.
